Emily Tedards studies how organizations work together to solve problems too big for any one of them: local economic development, climate change, the transformation of industries and nations. She researches cross-sector collaboration, organizational design and innovation.
Her research draws on collaborations with multinational companies, start-ups and non-profits across the globe, including Comcast NBCUniversal, Delta Air Lines, Google, Mastercard, Pfizer, Procter & Gamble, Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, Dubai International Financial Centre, African Food Changemakers, Sampark Foundation, All Nippon Airways and Together for Sustainability. She has published case studies and articles on leadership, innovation ecosystems, digital transformation, and corporate accelerators and innovation labs, including the Harvard Business Review articles "Drive Innovation with Better Decision-Making" and "Why Great Innovations Fail to Scale."
