About Jennifer Heil
Jennifer Heil is one of the most accomplished freestyle skiers in history. She set new global standards for performance, preparation and consistency. Her second act has been just as ambitious: building the systems that let other people perform at their best.
After more than a decade at the top of world sport, Heil co-founded B2ten, a pioneering performance organization uniting world-class sport science, coaching and health expertise behind Canada's top athletes. B2ten became a model for how targeted investment and coordinated expertise can change elite outcomes. She also helped advance national Safe Sport initiatives, helping design one of Canada's first independent complaint-and-adjudication systems.

Elite athletes achieve success through sustained high performance and ongoing resilience. Can leaders take on similar mindsets in business? According to Olympic champion and tech entrepreneur Jennifer Heil, “performance is built in the everyday through routines and environments.” In this revealing presentation, she bridges sports and business to define what high performance entails and how to sustainably deliver it. From individual behaviors, like being intentional in the design of how you show up, to building environments of resilience, audiences learn strategies for pushing boundaries, building effective systems and unlocking new levels of human potential.
How can leaders adapt with agility to changing business conditions and life stages? By redefining themselves, explains Jennifer Heil. An Olympic champion and tech entrepreneur, Heil has successfully reinvented her business persona multiple times while defying expectations in the process. In this uplifting presentation, she recounts how her years as an elite record-setting athlete gave her the skills to become a tech founder, business leader and 2026 Canadian Olympic team chef de mission – a position of leadership, mentorship and representation on a global stage. Audiences learn that changing conditions don’t mean you have to change who you are, and adaptability can open up a variety of avenues of success. Heil shows how individuals can parlay the skills they’ve already developed into repositioning themselves as leaders who can undertake new roles and responsibilities quickly and effectively.
As women attain the highest positions across business, sports and academia, empowering entrepreneurship and sustaining health are top of mind. Jennifer Heil, Olympic champion and CEO of women’s performance tech app Revvel, has achieved success in vastly different spaces that have traditionally favored men. In this eye-opening talk, she outlines her journey from a top women’s sports record-setter to a tech entrepreneur in an environment where less than 5% of women founders receive venture funding. Audiences walk away with a new perspective on why advancing women’s health – from revealing perimenopause coping strategies to democratizing access to elite health care teams – and investing in women founders is a boon to them, the members of society who control 80% of health spending.
As AI tools become practically mandatory for competitive success in business, they’re increasingly being applied to personal success and health as well. Olympic world-record holder and tech entrepreneur Jennifer Heil is using AI to make the same health and fitness expertise that elite athletes depend on accessible to anyone. In this eye-opening presentation, she explains how, because of AI, companies like Revvel, the performance tech company she co-founded, are democratizing the knowledge traditionally reserved for top athletes. Heil details how AI tools can shape a future where sustained energy, resilience and health-span are within reach for more people. Audiences leave with a new understanding of how to leverage AI beyond business to unlock individual performance and lasting health.
