As AI development and adoption accelerate faster than anybody anticipated, leaders need advisors who can connect concepts to actual value creation and growth. Kathy Pham has spent more than 20 years building responsible technology and AI systems, with leadership roles spanning Google, IBM, Workday, Harris Healthcare and the federal government. She helps organizations across sectors turn AI ambition into action.

At the Federal Trade Commission, Pham's team created the agency's first Office of Technology. That multi-sector vantage across business, academia and government is what she brings to decision-makers navigating public-private partnerships.
